For the first appointment, yes. We will set up and introduction for both you and your dog to meet the groomer. We will also discuss your pet's temperament and go over cut preferences.

About 1-2 hours depending on your dog’s size, behavior and type of service.

The groomer will stop the session immediately to prevent injury or trauma.

• You are typically charged only for the work completed.

• Your groomer will recommend taking a break and then determine if the session can continue safely.

• Your groomer can try low-stress handling techniques for future visits.

• Recommend consulting your vet for calming aids. 

 We always bring our own water and power. However, we greatly appreciate you allowing us to plug-in our trailer into your power through our extension cord.

Not running our generator:

• Provides a silent service.

• Allows us to run multiple tools at the same time.
