Matted coats may require an extra de-matting fee or a shave-down for the dog’s comfort. If we need to add a matting charge, we will go over the cost with you in person before we begin the service.
Matting PolicY:
Customers can cancel their appointment up to 24 hours in advance for no charge. Cancellations with less than 24 Hour notice will be charged a $20 fee to the card on file.
Cancellation PolicY:
Up-to-date Rabies and Bordetella/Distemper vaccines are mandatory before booking. Please text us at 970-634-8180 if you have any questions on vaccines.
Vaccination PolicY:
For safety, we reserve the right to use a humane muzzle or stop a groom if a dog becomes a danger to itself or the groomer.

At D.R. Paws, we take immense pride in our work and always strive for perfection. Because grooming is an art and every pet's coat is unique, we want to ensure you love the final look. We ask that you thoroughly check your dog at the time of hand-off. If there is anything you would like changed, we are more than happy to make immediate adjustments on-site before we leave. Because we dedicate our time and expertise to your pup and offer on-site modifications, all sales are final and we do not issue refunds.
